Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data not belonging to you.
• Interfere with security features, rate limits, or other users' use of the Service.
• Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

Iron Oasis is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.Training programs, exercise suggestions, rest timers, and any AI-generated guidance are informational and not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or coaching advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You are solely responsible for your physical safety and for any consequences of using the Service.

The Service may offer paid subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). When you start a subscription:

• You authorize us (or our app-store provider) to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from within the app, your account settings, or — for app-store purchases — your app-store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then.
• For annual plans, we will send a renewal reminder by email between 15 and 45 days before each automatic renewal, as required by California law.

The Service may offer one-time purchases of digital content, programs, or features. Purchases are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment.

All sales are final. Subscription fees and one-time purchases are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused features, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/UK, or refunds mandated by the platform through which you purchased, such as Apple App Store or Google Play). The Service, including its software, design, copy, and brand, is owned by RSS Digital LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own use, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (workouts, notes, photos, weigh-ins). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell, share for advertising, or train AI models on your private workout data or progress photos.

The Service uses third-party infrastructure providers (e.g. Lovable Cloud / Supabase, Cloudflare, Mailgun, ElevenLabs). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSS DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSS Digital LLC from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for any unlawful activity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact support@ironoasis.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in the county of the user's residence or another mutually agreed location. You and Iron Oasis waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

Small-claims carve-out: Either party may bring an individual claim in California small-claims court if it qualifies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
