Refund & Subscription Policy

All sales are final. Subscription fees and one-time purchases are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused features, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law or by the platform through which you made the purchase.

By starting a paid subscription you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which are required to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17600 et seq.):

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Billing: The payment method on file will be charged at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. No refunds for the current period.
• How to cancel:
  • If you subscribed through the Iron Oasis website: open Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or email support@ironoasis.app.
  • If you subscribed through Apple App Store: cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
  • If you subscribed through Google Play: cancel in Play Store → Subscriptions.
• Price changes: If we change the subscription price, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
• Renewal reminder (annual plans): For annual subscriptions, we will send an email reminder between 15 and 45 days before each automatic renewal, as required by California law.

If we offer a free trial, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation during the trial prevents any charge.

One-time purchases (e.g., training programs, lifetime upgrades) are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment and are non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you may have under applicable law, such as:

• Statutory withdrawal rights in the European Union and United Kingdom.
• Refund policies of the platform through which you purchased (Apple App Store and Google Play apply their own refund policies and may issue refunds at their discretion — contact the platform directly).
• California consumers' rights under the Automatic Renewal Law to receive an acknowledgement of subscription terms and a clear cancellation mechanism.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under one of the exceptions above, email support@ironoasis.app from the email address on your account with your purchase date and reason. We will respond within 7 business days.

Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution. Please reach out first — we will work with you.
